BALLROOM RENTAL

The Ballroom is located on the main level of the Clubhouse, and overlooks Lake Saint Louise. The room can be divided and rented as half or rented as a whole.
Half of the ballroom seats up to 80 guests, and the whole ballroom seats 175 guests.
The room rental fee includes the set-up and tear-down of the tables and chairs, as well as white linen table cloths.

The room can be accessed as early as 10:00 AM for set-up and decorating.
When you rent the space you can have it all day as early as 10am-11pm. 
 All rentals conclude at 11:00pm Monday- Saturday and Sundays rentals conclude by 8pm.


Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies

We do reserve the grassy area in the back of the clubhouse near the lake for wedding ceremonies.
There is no charge for the use of the space however, we do not include chairs or any set-up or tear-down for wedding ceremonies.
Chairs for outdoor wedding ceremonies must be rented from an outside vendor and are the responsibility of the client.
The set-up and tear down of the chairs and decorations are also the responsibility of the client.

To reserve the ballroom, you must complete the room rental agreement. The agreement must be signed and returned by a CA member in good standing.
To book your event  you must return the completed agreement along with your deposit.
All event details are due 2 weeks prior to your event date and all balances for room rental, food, beverage, etc. are due at this time as well.
